When Cronus first started at KoH be was eager to help, but still a bit immature. During his time with us he tempered that passion with maturity, but still leaned towards a certain level of naivety. Though, after a difficult learning experience with some former member(s) of KoH, Cronus grew greatly in wisdom. That growth has continued, and has reached a point were he's truly prepared to take up part of the charge of this guild.

 Leading is no easy task, nor is it a glorious one, but rather one leads so that others do not have to; he works so others may simply have fun. Few people are up to this challenge, but "we" (SC's and up) believe he's up to this challenge. 

Something I've always admired about Cronus is that he's confident enough to voice his own opinion, but has the strength of character to support and abide by any decision made by the leadership. That, my friends, is a level of maturity possessed by few people, regardless of age. Anyone can walk in accordance with a decision they agree with, but it takes a person of true moral strength to abide by someone else's authority even when they disagree with the outcome. 

Anyway, congratulations Councilman Cronus, you've earned this role. I'm sure you'll have what it takes to succeed.
